The Kyle Daniel Kerpan Foundation Moving Forward with Grant of 501(c)(3) Status(March, 2009) The Kyle Daniel Kerpan Foundation, established in memory of Kyle Daniel Kerpan, has been granted official 501(c)(3) status by the IRS. Hawkins + Company prepared the Application for Exemption for the IRS and the exemption was awarded after a short 8-week review process. The Foundation will be launching its new website soon and beginning to establish an active agenda to create programs for children with brain tumors and their siblings and parents.
