Hoooooooo! World Wrestling Entertainment star joins client roster
Hacksaw Jim Duggan has been a main event professional wrestler since 1979, working as a part of all of the major wrestling organizations. Known for his trademark 2 x 4 in the rign, his pro-US and patriotic image and his signature call - Hooooooooo!, Hacksaw has represented the WWE, WWF and WCW.
He was the winner of the first-ever WWF Royal Rumble, WCW US Heavyweight Championship, King of the Ring, North American Champion and WVW World Television Champion. Hacksaw Jim Duggan will be joining the Hawkins + Company Speaker's Bureau to continue his charitable work in the community and as a guest at special events, corporate functions and in television and motion pictures. He will also begin work on his autobiography. (December, 2009)

Val Wood, author of Enforcer, has joined the roster of writers represented by Hawkins + Company for literary agency services. Val has completed her new book, Breakfasts with Buster, a touching story of the last year of her beloved dog Buster's life and his valiant fight against bone cancer. Breakfasts with Buster is about Val's decision to use holistic health care treatment for Buster and details the steps she took in collaboration with Buster's veterinarian to help her pet. Wiley & Sons to Publish 100 Ranger Greats
Hawkins + Company, through its Collage Literary Division, has sold the manuscript 100 Ranger Greats to John Wiley & Sons Canada. 100 Ranger Greats profiles the one hundred best New York Rangers players ever to play for the team in its storied history. The authors - Russ Cohen, John Halligan and Adam Raider - are experienced ice hockey writers, reporters and front-office staff and have written an entertaining and informative book that every ice hockey fan can enjoy.
