Parkside45 Strategies is the Hawkins + Company division that provides services for the creation and marketing of nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit organizations are an increasingly important facet of the U.S. economy as they grow in both numbers and financial strength, and they provide essential services in communities and to people everywhere.
We have consulted on their creation, assisting in the development of a mission from an initial concept and then preparing the organizational documents for state, local and federal filing. Our expertise includes preparing the critical documents to secure tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service, including the new Form 1023 revision that is required to secure 501(c)(3) status.
Parkside45 Strategies work doesn't end with creation, as we will work with a client to develop and implement administrative and operational processes to ensure that the organization has a strong foundation. In addition, we have effectively helped new and established nonprofits to create marketing plans to support key development efforts.
